The main aim of (DPAS) is to limit the excess consumption of salt, sugars, and saturated fats, Tran’s fatty acids and increase the intake of vegetables, fruits and level up the physical activities. This is to avoid major risk factors responsible for the rapid growth of chronic diseases, like heart disease, stroke, diabetes and cancer which are the main reason for 60% of all global deaths.
