This will also avoid the high nutrition risk and low nutrition risk which may leads to several acute and chronic diseases like; Malnutrition, Iron-deficiency anaemia, Vitamin-deficiency anaemia, Nutritional deficiency anaemia. Geriatric Nutrition put on nutrition principles to delay effects like aging and disease related to it. With age many physical changes occur. Once the body reaches physiologic maturity, the rate of cell regeneration will be decreased compare to rate of degeneration which will affect the management of the psychosocial, physical commonly associated with growing old.
