Stress Factors in Binge Eating and Obesity

Stress can cause both the desire to overeat and binge eating. Researchers found that people with high level of "stress hormone" over a long period of time, had a higher body mass index (BMI), when compared to the people with low level of the stress hormone. Stress can cause sweating to your palms and belly ache this kind of heaviness may leads to unhealthy food habits like binge eating. Commonly many people feels stressed, when they over eat something and starts feeling bad or worried about weight gain, which makes you more stressed.
