Dr. Fiji Antony has been with NMC Specialty Hospital Dubai as the Chief Clinical Dietician for more than 14 years. Earlier she has worked with Ministry of Health Muscat, Sultanate of Oman and also in India. She is practicing as a Clinical Dietitian for more than 19 years. European ESPEN Diploma in Clinical nutrition and metabolism from European society for clinical nutrition and metabolism (ESPEN) is her latest achievement in the year 2016. She has earned her Doctor of Medicine in the year 2005 in Food and Nutrition. Post-Graduation in the year 1999 with First Rank in Food & Nutrition and an ICAR fellow. She has been actively following her profession in three different countries (India, Sultanate of Oman and the United Arab Emirates).

She is an active professional in the United Arab Emirates in public media giving radio shows and TV shows, giving guidance to the listeners and viewers. She also conducts workshops and seminars for people in various sectors of the lifestream on Nutrition and Dietetics. She does write articles for various publications too. CME lectures are the ones she is well versed in the field of Enteral, Oral nutrition; Weight Management, DM, Diet during Various life stages, Malnutrition, Food allergy and intolerance, supplementary weaning foods, Special needs children, Renal and Diet for various Cardiac disease conditions. She is a member of: ESPEN, AOADA, ASN and Life Member of IDA, IAPEN.

Bulbin Jose is a Registered Dietitian currently doing her Ph.D. in Food Science and Nutrition from Bharathiar University Coimbatore, India she completed her M.Phil degree in Food Science and Nutrition from Mother Theresa Women’s University, Kodaikanal India in 2008, she pursued her Master Degree in Food Science and Nutrition from Bharathiar University in 2003 and Bachelor Degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from M.G University, Kottayam, Kerala, India. She completed her Food Safety Certification course from IGNOU, New Delhi India and she cleared UGC-NET Exam in 2010. She has 15 years working experience as a clinical dietician and lecturer in various multi super specialty hospitals in various countries. Currently, she is working as a Senior Clinical Dietitian in Dubai Health Authority. She published several research papers in scientific peer-reviewed international journals and she is the speaker for various conferences.

Main areas of interests include nutrition research, therapeutic nutrition, public health nutrition, critical care Nutrition, Food Safety. She has several publications and co-author for Cancer Cookery book.

Dana Al-Hamwi, a specialized nutritionist, received her Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Damascus and earned her Master's degree specializing in Human Nutrition from the University of Sheffield in the UK. With a reputation for results in a short time, Dr. Al-Hamwi is a sought-after nutritionist specializing in “real life nutrition”. She is a Member of The British Nutrition Society and in The North American Association for the Study of Obesity. She has been featured on many TV and radio stations throughout the Arab world as well as several magazines. Presentations are a large part of Dr. Al-Hamwi's career; she has given numerous presentations at major medical meetings and institutes. Dr. Al-Hamwi has done a many research and she is proud to announce her partnership with Nestle as an advisor on the Nido brand. She is also working as a Clinical Dietitian for The Emirates Diabetes Society and Dr. Dana Diet Centre at DHCC.

In his last role as the Director, Executive Engagement at Microsoft India; he was responsible for strengthening Microsoft’s relationship with the senior executives of top 200 enterprises in India. JackFruit365,founded by James, is an initiative to create an organized market for Indian Jackfruits, 80 percent of which is reported to be wasted every year. His biggest contribution is the first Glycemic Research on Jackfruits from Kerala through Sydney University Glycemic Index Research Services, which scientifically proved, unripe jackfruit is a better alternate to Rice and Roti to control blood sugar.
