Obesity and Cardiovascular Diseases

The major cause for obesity is intake of excessive food, lack of physical activity, improper diet and genetic susceptibility. This food will leads to deposition of fat in body which will cause plaque. If the plaques rupture, it leads to heart attack (myocardial infarction). It may also leads to hypertension, arterial aneurysm and heart failure and may also leads to kidney failure.
